Shipping Time:
The dispatch time for a product depends on its type and quantity. Large quantities may take more time, and the estimated time is communicated to customers after order confirmation.
Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays can occur during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Courier Partners:
We collaborate with reputable courier partners such as FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc., for domestic deliveries. In remote locations, Speed post may be used when no other courier services are available.
Delivery Time:
Our goal is to deliver as soon as possible. Delivery time varies from 2-10 days from shipping, depending on the product size and delivery location. Smaller products in most metros are often delivered within a day. Customers receive tracking details once the product is shipped.
