Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kartgo Decors, we specialize in premium furniture, customized décor, and made-to-order products. As many of our items are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Orders placed for customized, bespoke, or made-to-order products are specially manufactured based on approved size, design, finish, and material specifications.

Once the order is confirmed and production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are requested to carefully review all dimensions, finishes, and design details before confirming the order.

2. Cancellation Before Production

For custom orders, cancellation requests may be considered only before production has started.

If approved, any design consultation, material procurement, or processing charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Ready-to-Dispatch Products

For standard ready products listed on the website, cancellation may be requested only before dispatch.

Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that a product is delivered in damaged condition, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • clear photographs of the product
  • packaging condition
  • order details

After verification, Kartgo Decors will provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay or bank transfer.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • change of mind after production starts
  • incorrect dimensions shared by customer
  • customized finish/color approved by customer
  • minor handcrafted variations
  • delivery delays caused by external logistics partners
