1. Products & Manufacturing

Kartgo Decors specializes in premium furniture, customized metal craftsmanship, décor products, and made-to-order interior solutions.

Some products are manufactured in our own factory unit, while certain items may be sourced or produced through trusted registered manufacturing partners.

As many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in finish, texture, polish, color shade, dimensions, and handcrafted detailing may occur.

2. Customization Orders

Customized and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements.

Once the design, size, finish, and specifications are approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless approved by Kartgo Decors.

Customers are requested to verify all dimensions, color selections, and design approvals before confirming the order.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices for customized products may vary depending on size, finish, material, and design complexity.

Taxes, delivery charges, installation charges, or other service charges may be additional wherever applicable.

4. Payments

All purchases made through kartgo.in are processed as one-time payments only.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other approved payment methods.

Kartgo Decors does not store or access sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders will be considered confirmed only after receipt of payment confirmation or official confirmation from Kartgo Decors.

For custom orders, production timelines begin only after final design approval and advance payment confirmation.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, production schedules, and location.

Estimated timelines shared are approximate and may vary due to manufacturing, logistics, or external factors.

Installation, if applicable, will be scheduled separately.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Customized, made-to-order, and production-started orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

For standard ready products, cancellation requests may be considered only before dispatch.

Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.

8. Warranty & Quality

Kartgo Decors ensures high-quality manufacturing standards and premium finishing.

Minor variations due to handcrafted work, welding, polish, or material texture shall not be considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, content, branding, and logos displayed on the website are the property of Kartgo Decors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
